Hyakurin agreed she would not hurt herself again. If she could share the burden of her dreams with Oakroot by locksending and perhaps be healed she would no longer feel the need. And after being so ashamed in front of her friends she would certainly think twice about it. "Thank you Nectar!"
"I've always had a magic feeling... I think that's why I dream so vividly at times. Why I sometimes can see the dead... But this, this felt different and did not feel like my doing." Again she apologized.

"Sleepy-Head-Highthings Wake up! Rain has stopped, sky is clear, daystar shines warm and bright." Nectar flew into the Den space of the four of them, Hyakurin, Oakroot, itself and the Treewee named Critter. It landed on its hammock that the elves had created for it to sleep in. It had seen much use over the last two months during the rainy season. Thankfully it now seemed to be ending. The forest had benefited from the rains and was now a verdant green everywhere.
Nectar had learned from much repeated insistence from the two elves, to not sing first thing in the morning. The singing absence was appreciate by both elves, as some nights were restless with their dream sharing. Nectar did not understand what they were doing, but felt that is was helping them both to heal, as well as strengthen the bond between the two of them. Nectar was happy for them. The elves didn't stir right away, and that was fine by Nectar, they would awake eventually.
Nectar looked for Critter, who usually crawled around at night hunting for insects to eat, and had done a great job of clearing the den of pest insects, such as flies and the biting insects that proliferated in the rainy season. Nectar spotted it near it's preferred perch, a branch that had grown inward into the open space under the den's natural roof. Critter eyed Nectar with a hungry look, but the bug was too big to be eaten by the nocturnal insectivore.
Nectar looked at the elf pair again, and they still slept, so it decided to sleep as well, and curled up in its hammock bed. It was soon fast asleep.

Oakroot heard Nectar talk and fly around. "Be still Nectar! Hyakurin is still asleep and I need sleep too!" He hissed at the preserver. He had too much dreamberries last night.
He gently pulled Hyakurin closer to him and nuzzled her neck. He felt very lucky to have met her and showed her this every day in every way he knew.
Her dreams had been disturbing at first, but not to a point that he could handle them. He was here to help her.
His hands searched her form again, it still amazed him how much she was a part of him. He smiled, he felt like an old man now, trying to keep up with the younglings. Luckely he had found Hyakurin, she made it easy to want to keep up.
He would do anything for her, even give his life for her.....
He closed his eyes and signed. *Sweet lovemate, I need you to wake up.* He kissed her lips and her neck.
Critter looked at the preserver. It knew now that the flying snack was not for eating, but he still thought it would be a tasty one!
Instead he kept watching the colorfull snack as he started to search for food again. Most of the bugs that entered the hut ended up in his mouth.
He saw the wierd forms laying on the ground, somehow he had grown attached to the hairy one, his hair made a good nest and he wasn't shy to pluck some from time to time. But for now he would leave him alone, because Critter had learned not to disturb him when they layed this close.
He found a good size bug and snatched it to eat it in his little den.
