If there isn't a word we would use for something, then a description follows!

Fruit
Berry - Bearberry
Scale Apple - Custard Apple (See pictures here)
Punkin - Gourd (kind of Pumpkin)
Dreamberry - Intoxicating Berry (poisonous for humans and most animals!)
Treeberry or Treeplum - Jaboticaba (See pictures here)
Lizardfruit - Kiwano (See pictures here)
Leatherstone - Mangosteen (See pictures here)
Flame Fruit - Mountain Apple (See pictures here)
Juiceberry - Succulent Berry
Moonfruit - Wax Apple (See pictures here)

Herbs (medicinal or for eating)
Cat's Claw - It gives strenght, but has hardly no smell or taste.
Extra: (can be eaten raw, or chopped small and put into food)
White Clover - Calms the nerves and puts people in a sedated state.
Extra: (Grained and can be mixed with other herbs, put into a tea or even a soup)
White Willow Bark - Puts people into sleep, helpfull if they are in a lott of pain.
Extra: (Grained and make a tea of it!)
Whistleweed - Brings fever down (EQcanon)
Extra: (Eat raw)

Mushrooms
Waterfall or Willow Mushroom - Lion's Mane Mushroom, the Waterfall Mushroom is found in caves and is pure white, the Willow Mushroom can go from white on top to brown at the bottom. (See pictures here)
Extra: these mushrooms can be used when someone is depressed. Boil it in hot water and make a broth of it. Drink it hot or cold.

Nuts and Seeds
Puckernuts - need to confirm this, but from memory they are a type of acorns

Squat-Needle or Sticker Plant - Cactus ( Edible: You can eat the inside of some)
Cloudtree - Desert Tree (tree with a lot of white blossom)
Double Shell Nutt - Walnut
Itchleaf - Poison Ivy
Seek-Root - Desert Flower
Furflower - Flower with fluffy white pebbles
Strangleweed
Thornbush
Skeleton Weeds - Thumbleweed (found in desert)
