Guidelines of this Holt (General conduct)

General Guidelines
(Most guidelines are common courtesy, which we have put into writing!)
1. Respect.
Please show respect to your fellow members. This cannot be stressed enough. We are all here for the same reasons, to enjoy a fun story together.
2. No Drama.
The staff would like to keep this place a drama free environment. Above applies here as well.
3. This Holt is PG18.
The staff made this holt PG18. 18+ RP is allowed, but when starting a new topic you post in the appointed board!!!
All members who play 18+ must be 18+, if and when we find out you are not, then you will be permanently banned without warning!
All characters involving sexual intimacy must be 16+, if your character is not, change this or refrain from posting sexually!
We do not allow underaged sex, no sex to animals or other too kinky sexual actions!
Sex and "violece" is allowed, but NEVER EVER in combination!!! So no rape or obduction with forced sexual actions!! If you break this rule there will be no warning, but you will be immidiatly banned from this Holt! Please notify a moderator if you read this in a thread.
If you open a fight RP, please add this to the title of the thread, not all want to read violence!
Both (or more) members must agree on how far the RP goes!
Real life swearing is allow as long as it is kept to a minimum. Elfquest swearing is of course quite acceptable in any amount. Also no porn like pictures are allowed on the site. However in the art section of this board! nude pictures are acceptable, but no crotches can be explicitly shown. Please post these pictures in the seperate artthread in this board!
To put it simple! Follow the guidelines Wendy and Richard have set up for ElfQuest, we as fans all know which ones they are!!
4. No Political and Religious topics allowed.
These topics can start fights. However feel free to wish people a Happy (insert religious holiday) in the OoC-board.
5. One general account per person.
You can have as many characters as you think you can manage. How to add your characteraccounts can be found in the Account and CharacterBoard, here!
Your Display Name must be the name of the character that account belongs to. Please use proper capitalization and grammar, don't use punctuation marks or numbers in your Displayed Name.
6. No Spamming allowed.
7.Be respectful toward other series you do not like. Fandom bashing is not allowed.
8. No spoilers about The Final Quest!
This forum is all about ElfQuest and the World with Two Moons, however not all of our members have read all stories available.
This is why we have decided to have our Holt in the era of Kings of Broken Wheel. (See for more details our Timeline.) This means that our Characters know NOTHING of the events happening after the Palace's disappearance! The Sunvillage does have contact with the Wolfriders in Djunsland, but our Characters don't.
Every story (official) up until Final Quest, can be found here ElfQuest Online.
Violating this guideline will first result in a warning and a mandtory change or deleting of the post or reply. If the member doesn't respond withing a few days, the mods have the right/duty to change the post and delete the spoilersection!
If the member keeps spilling spoilers, then the moderators will discuss which next step will be taken!
Avatar and Signature Rules:

1. Members can change their own avatar.
2. The max avatar size is 150x200 pixels.
3. No explicite nudity.
Warning

The first occurrence: A warning will be given
Second time: a 7 day ban from the site
Third time: A one month ban from the site
Fourth time: a permanent ban from the site.
